I do feel better when cutting my carbs (especially after all the bread I have been making. Found this recipe while at our home in Tulum and fell in love with it.

P and I sampled it last night with the cool crisp Riesling and I had to share!

The recipe is cheap and cheerful and the wine is under $20. You are welcome!
